Refund policy

If for some unimaginable reason you are unhappy with your purchase you may contact me {Lauri} via my contact page within 3 days of receiving your piece to make arrangements for an exchange or to receive a full refund (less shipping and handling). We also offer a 90 day "warranty" for any item that fails during normal wear. Please notify me via the  contact page to initiate a warranty claim. Any custom designs or designs that have been "altered" per your request are considered final sales and do not qualify for any kind of return.  Warranty returns will be inspected. If approved, your original form of payment will be credited within 10 days; otherwise your piece will be returned to you.
